Every year, Vacasa throws a company wide conference called Vaconference. Vaconference 2018 was particularly special to me and the rest of the Brand team, as it was the official unveiling of the new Vacasa brand. Since most employees were seeing the new brand for the first time, we needed to really make an impact and have a strong brand moment.
I designed the presentation template that would be used for the majority of the conference, as well as produced the 2018 Vaconference kickoff video—which was the very first touchpoint into the brand. I also worked with my team to design an employee swag bag with newly branded materials and information for each employee. Supporting brand experiences were also implemented throughout the venue through signage, interactive projections, and take home print materials.
